Speaking candidly amid a turbulent few months, the 34-year-old said the “Love Island millions have gone” and admitted he desperately needs professional help but does not qualify for NHS treatment and cannot pay for private care.

Jack explained that a few weeks before Christmas he began drinking heavily again, adding that what started as a single drink last year “spiralled”. He claimed he has nothing in the bank and produced a £20 note, saying it was all the cash he had left.
In an emotional admission, Jack said he felt “embarrassed” and “mortified” by his behaviour, acknowledging that at his age he believed he should be “settled down” rather than struggling publicly. He also addressed a drunken kiss over the festive period, admitting he could barely remember the incident and felt “like an idiot” afterward.
